• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I was returning home from town at 4:30 pm getting some supplies at Sams club and low and behold there was a Lava Bronze Limited heading into Portland on the freeway :yes::yes::yes:i was woo hoo a spyder

there are so few around here its a special sight to see one they were riding 2 up I have no idea who it was maybe they follow the forums here and will see they were seen

my poor spyder :(

i called again today after Kelly returned from her meeting with BRP in new york at some dealer meeting which of course left her so called dealer deserted of anyone that had a resemblance of a brain

and the girl said she was with a customer

and couldn't answer me about parts and said she would have Kelly call me

tick tock tick tock

i waited and tried to call prior to closing time and they would not answer my call i let it ring through to answering machine 5 times 15 min prior to closing time

so I'm still in limbo with the bike torn apart in the dealership now 5+ weeks

i will turn my caller id off again tomorrow and see if they answered this has worked a couple times in the last few weeks only to be told they haven't received anything

over 2 weeks ago i was told the parts were released and shipped

the BRP rep said they were available

so i am a victim of a ****y dealer and slow ass BRP parts system

i want to go pick it up and take it to kent motorsports but then i have to do the waiting process all over and then also hope i got all my parts that belong to my bike

I Will Never Ever Patronize South Texas Suzuki ever again after my bike gets out of there

i feel for anyone that does take theirs there for service

David, I would leave it there until fixed then make your move....You have too much time involved to start over and now they have the parts....ask for Bruce next time you call...he is the only one who works on Spyders. Good luck...been there, done that.

What surprised me is it took BRP so long to ship parts....but who knows when the dealer actually ordered them. They did not tell BRP the truth about my parts order...saying they were backlogged two weeks when they told me in two days what parts "were backordered". Good luck, hang in. BRP helped me once they were aware of the problem.
