There's already a company that makes ski clothing(?) that has the logo "Spyder", so as long as you don't put "Can-Am" with it, I can't see how they could harass you. And if your own photo or embroidery of a Spyder was incorporated, it wouldn't be a copyrighted image.
There gloves are great bought 2 pairs last year and work well :ani29:Have a nice hat also :spyder:There's already a company that makes ski clothing(?) that has the logo "Spyder", so as long as you don't put "Can-Am" with it, I can't see how they could harass you. If it's true that 75% of Spyder buyers are female, and if it's true that BRP reps read here, then please here this:
We need cuter, sexier tops and jackets! Stuff like they make for harley. I'm not into the stripes and sport look!
I would like to have some Spyder apparel, but have seen nothing I'd wear.
Thank you :2thumbs:
I just wear my Harley :cus: when riding it have alot of years of collecting :cus: I do have one or two tee shirts though and wouldn't mind having a few more they should start doing dealer shirts been to a few dealers none of them have there name and location on back that would be a start thats how I ended up with years of Harley :cus::thumbup:
My thoughts are, since the bike is different and kind of a future design. should the clothes be made of some of the new materials available now or do you think people would want the casual denium, leather and cotton materials, is safety features important? What kinds of things would you want to have, vests, jackets, pants, tee shirts, halters, belt buckels, etc. Would you want the Spyder name, bikes or webs incorportated in the designs? Get away from the typical, skulls, fire, eagles and gothic look. or try and tie the two styles together. How about the price you would be willing to pay? Looking for suggestions. I have some thoughts and researched what it takes to get a clothing line started, just need to know what path to take and start up costs. Any thoughts would be great. :2thumbs::helpsmilie:
Smylinacha, Thank you for your thoughts, I'm just in the beginig stages of this thing and I'm not sure if I can get it off the ground but I'll see what happens. I would like more suggestions from more women and men on their ideas and concerns. I need more :helpsmilie::chat:skulls and flames - probably not IMHO. Maybe some webs, I do like my can am logo on my shirts, maybe move those flowers that they put on the bottom more across the shirt. Give it a "Roxy" brand type look - skater look. Bottom line - LOW CUT, CLEAVAGE SHOWING SEXY for shirts. As for riding pants - lower cut waist - hip huggers would be cool w/ a cargo style look to the pants. Lots of pockets
No safety functions - jackets are for that IMHO. Price? I'd pay $40 for a nice shirt. Long sleeve and sleeveless - no man looking t shirts - gotta be low cut and stretchy

Well, given the average age of the women spyder riders, I vote for more turtle necks! :joke:
... I don't think there's really much you can do other than the standard tshirt thing. Although I'm sure some could use some help with a built in man bra or something
:roflblack::roflblack::roflblack: Now we are even, I guess!
