• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Made an attempt to fix the cracks on my Blue Ridge windshield, then primed with some Rustoleum filler primer and gave it a couple of coats of the metallic blue that I have used on other parts of the Spyder. It's down in the cool a/c of the basement drying now. Tomorrow it's out to the greenhouse, no plants are in there right now, so I can turn the fans off and let it bake in some 120° + temps for the day to harden it.

Have you been out to 'The Lost Coast" yet?? It's stunning.
BTW: My dad was a Coasty at the beginning of WW ll. Mom was an Army Nurse, half-brother was Navy, I was US Army.
I haven't been there since I've been back. I've been there many times before though. The road is in terrible condition. I wouldn't take my Spyder on it. The Adventure type riders report getting pinch flats! Lots of pot holes waiting to ruin your day. One must see The Lost Coast at least once though.
Fine business on your family's service to our country.
Semper Paratus!

Just installed the Baldwin pipe with baffle and no plug. Pretty easy install, other than that top spring. Added a slight rumble to the exhaust note. Hard to believe how large and heavy that catalytic converter was.

I have a black 2022 Spyder F3 limited.
Just wondering because my 2022 F3S is LOUD with the no baffle delete pipe and the short stock secondary muffler.
The F3 & F3S have the short secondary muffler unlike tbe F3T or other touring spyders. I have a friend who put a delete pipe on his F3T, and it was still very quiet. He thought it sounded better. Less heat for sure.
On my F3S with the delete pipe and stock secondary muffler, it sounds great at idle, but other than that I dont care for it. I also will not use baffles. I feel that would be counter productive, and im sure there's no real Dyno results from any of these manufacturers unlike a real exhaust system from a well known manufacturer like Akrapovic, or Arrow. These delete pipe fabricators are more about noise than performance, and it seems alot of Spyder riders arent happy with the stock sound of the 1330 cc triple, so there sellers. Isn't the goal, better sound, less heat, and maybe a bit of a performance boost? The F3S doesn't have a heat issue. Anyway the F3S in it's stock form sounds pretty good to me, and it seems to be getting louder as the miles accumulate. It actually has a deeper tone than it does with cat delete. It isn't as free reving above 4500 rpm's. I think it's quicker from 70 mph to 100 with the delete pipe, but I dont get up to the ton mark often. I like the torque down low, for acceleration.
I'm sure I'll put the delete pipe back on at some point if I want to get rowdy and loud, but for now I Iike it stock.
I must be getting old lol.

I installed the baffle with no plug because im not a cards in the spokes guy.
That baffle does just enough to break up that exhaust note. If I had installed the plug if probably would have sounded completely stock.

It would be interesting for someone to dyno out the different exhaust mods.

I am old 😂😂😂
