There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I too came over from the darkside. :yikes: I still love the HD machines and that is what most of my buddies ride :doorag: ...not sure if I will be able to convert any of them :shemademe_smilie:...
If I could hold up a 2 wheeler, I would still have my HD Electra glide classic, but due to an auto accident, I sold it and bought a 2008 GS SM5 and now have a 2010 RT SM5...and love it.:yes:

Welcome to the family, it is agreat site, with a family of great great folks! Glad your making the trip with the Florida express to Spyderfest! I'm with you on dozen of difrrent forms, but this is home. Still a big HD fan but a bigger fan of the spyder people, it's a very cool thing to be part of. And again welcome friend! Hello DaBusses. Yep, a bunch of nice folks here and a very helpful bunch as well. Doesn't matter what we ride just as long as we ride. We were all riding something else before this Spyder came out but we sure took a liking to this machine. I love the stability of it and the power. The V-Twin sounds good with a nice exhaust on it. I also like being a "Rock Star" when I'm on this machine. I will miss that once I part with mine. I just wish someone else would come out with something similiar. Hope you enjoy yours and have fun!!!
