• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

will YAMAHA start with that ??

Cool find chris it is very interesting i would not mind test riding it. I don't think it will be allowed on the roads in NY cause that qualifies as a quad and they are no go on the roads? But Still very interesting. ;)

The Tesseract has been out for a couple of years now... After the inital press releases it sort of...died... No more news... This is the first I've seen anything of it in quite a long time. I'm guessing that it was a quiet day and they needed to spice things up a bit!:D

That's wild--- sounds cool to me! Just gotta get the US to change the laws on allowing these on the road!

It is an interesting concept for sure. Too bad the Gov'ment is going to keep it from ever seeing US soil. But it's all good, wouldn't want one anyway. I'm going for the FJR1300! I do like this excerpt from the article:

"Will the Yamaha Tesseract rival the runaway success of the Can-Am Spyder and create its own, unique segment in the motorcycle market? Will it truly be powered by a hybrid drivetrain that combines a V-twin engine with an electric motor?"

They also mentioned Can-Am's Hybrid Spyder concept. I would say that the Spyder is officially on the map!
