There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Your Weather News @ July 2026 Edition

Yesterday's sunshine was great. Warm but Not too Hot! I took the time to cut the grass. The weeds were just too much. I cut the yard a half inch higher/longer because of the lack of rain.

Now we are being told there will be no rain here 'til Sunday. Just got to love it. Currently cloudy sky at 58°F. I now have small cracks in my yard due to the lack of rain.

Today's high at 77°F with sunshine.
Low of 57°F and cloudy.
Everything is going good here for me.

We're back to normal weather here in Western Washington. The heat advisory is gone. Here in Anacortes, it is partly sunny, 66 degrees, breezy with 10 MPH wind with gusts to 16, and humidity at 78%. The high today will be 73 degrees. We had some showers move through last night around midnight. Nothing real heavy, but enough to remind us that this is the Pacific-North-Wet! No rain expected today, just a few clouds and a cooling sea breeze. Stay safe..... Jim

Finally Friday and currently partly cloudy sky at 61°F.
The weather here has been great the pasted two days.
High in the mid 70s. I have been able to enjoy some Spyder
Ryde Times. I hope you did too.

I am hearing from the TV News People that some of the fires
are starting to slowly begin to slow down. Yes, the smoke is
still a problem. Still no rain here.

High today of 77°F and some clouds.
Low at 59°F with clouds.
Have yourself a great day and stay Healthy.

Oh my goodness, I forgot to post up about Indiana weekend Weather.
First off, I had a little problem with my riding mower. It just did not want
to start. After fussing with the mower, the Wife said, "did you check the
gas?" Well no! But I usually don't let it get to empty. Long story short.
The neighbors little boy was playing on the mower and somehow
turned off the fuel valve. No harm, no foul, but just not what I needed.

Yes, I turned on the fuel valve and the mower started right away. No more
letting children playing with the mower. The wife said she was very sorry.
I never really thought that it was her fault. She was talking to the neighbor
and the little boy was playing on the mower. The end.

Saturday high was 79°F with some clouds.
Low was 69°and overcast sky.

Sunday high at 84° and cloudy sky.
Low of 72°F with some clouds.

Enjoy your Day and be Happy 😊

Anacortes, WA...... 65 degrees, cloudy, light rain on and off all morning, breeze 5-10 MPH, humidity at 78%. A little later this afternoon the rain is expected to increase and last until morning. A good day to stay inside and have nothing on my agenda. Tomorrow the sunshine is forecast to return. Then Tuesday another cool, wet system will roll through before the bright sun reappears on Wednesday. Stay safe..... Jim

Well, @canamjhb, sometimes living the 'Life of Riley' isn't all that much fun.
Enjoy your Time in WA. Stay Healthy and Be Happy 😊

Sunday was great. Currently clear sky at 70°F. A 25% chance of getting some
rain showers late afternoon. The humidity makes it feel hot and sticky.
We need some good rain showers here.

Today's high should be about 86°F with some sunshine.
Low around 72°F with some clouds.
Enjoy your Spyder Ryde Times and be careful about the cagers.
Cellphones and Cagers seem to not pay any attention to Bikes.
Just the way to world turns these days.

Well my friend, I hope you can enjoy your Day.

We're under an Extreme Heat Warning for today along with a Dense Fog Advisory, such a great combo right?

All of our windows are so fogged up at the moment that I can't even see the yard!

I woke at 6am and the heat index is already at 87!

Lovely

The rain stopped last evening here in Anacortes. This morning it is partly sunny (and partly cloudy) with a slight (5%) chance of measurable rain today. The high will be a comfortable 73 degrees. Currently the humidity is at 93% and will continue to fall throughout the day. Everything around here stays pretty soggy after a day of rain. Things just don't quickly dry like they do in the desert. Stay safe..... Jim

Well, I am happy to report that we got rain!
It arrived late yesterday afternoon.
Maybe receive about a half inch of slow water during the 3 hours of rain fall. Anyway we needed it in Indiana.

Currently cloudy sky at 75°F and some fog. Flash flood warnings are posted in some counties. No problem for me.

High today at 83°F with humidity at 96%.
Not very friendly for me.
Low of 59°F with clouds and some sunshine.

Not sure if I will try some Spyder Ryde Time today. Stay in the Game and play Fair. Those Cagers are always out .

At around 2pm yesterday my weather station reported a heat index record of 116°F. It felt like every bit of that too. Walking from the shade into the sunshine felt like walking into an oven.

Today is like a different world. 71°F at the moment, it's still VERY humid at 91%, but the high temp is forecast to be 81°F. Might even shut the AC off after the humidity clears.

Just checked the weather back home in the Arid-Zone-A desert and glad to not be there. There is an excessive heat warning with temperatures of 110-118 and nighttime lows of 90-92 degrees!!! Meanwhile, here in the NW corner of the country we're experiencing small craft advisories for the surrounding waters. That means sustained winds of 23-38 MPH with higher gusts possible. The winds are expected to subside this afternoon as the front passes through. Currently it's partly sunny/cloudy, 65 degrees, and humidity at 76%. The high today will be 68 and overnight low will be 53 degrees. At times I have a fleeting thought and miss my home back in the desert. Then I see how hot it is and come to my senses. Stay safe..... Jim
