Your Weather News @ July Edition 2025

Well it seems like the daily rain showers are in season. We had afternoon rain showers for the last four days. Just enough to keep the corn and beans growing.

Currently cloudy sky and some rain showers this morning and then in the afternoon. Morning temperature was 73°F and humidity at 93%. Not my favorite weather.

High today of 85°F with some clouds.
Low at 74°F with that humidity deal.

Ryde when you are able and Stay Healthy.

Seattle was actually hotter than Mesa, AZ today. Got to 92° while it was only 88° back home. Very unusual temperatures for both places. My little place in paradise here in Anacortes was much cooler though. High got to 78°. Today was another trip down memory lane for me. Crossed 2 bridges and went from Fidalgo to Whidbey Island. Had a long visit with neighbors of my parents on the beach at Dines Point on Whidbey. Our beach place was sold about 40 years ago, but looks the same except the trees are a lot taller.

I'm seeing a lot of deer wandering around and feeding next to roads here in Western Washington. Today, when driving through Coupeville, there was a mom and 3 fawns crossing the street right in town. Mom was casually walking while the kids were acting like kids. Stay safe... Jim

The Weather People are saying that Indiana is going to have a week of rain. Man Oh Man, Mable get out the boat.
That is what grandma used to say.
Hopefully everyone will be okay and stay Healthy.

Currently cloudy sky at 70°F
Today is going to be 82°F with some clouds.
Low at 66°F with 15% chance of showers tonight. Humidity will be 95%.

Have a Blessed Day.
Till Next Time. (y)

Currently in Anacortes, WA: 64 degrees, sunny with no clouds in sight, 4-5 MPH breeze, humidity of 78%. The high today will be 74 and the overnight low will be 55 degrees. There is no rain in the 10-day forecast. Perfect weather for going topless! Stay safe..... Jim

Well we got a rain shower yesterday afternoon. Now we are having a morning shower. Hopefully this one will take us through till tomorrow. Indiana is scheduled for 5 more days of rain showers. So Yes, the humidity is terrible 😫 here.

Currently a little cloudy at 70°F with some showers. Calling for some clouds and maybe some sunshine the rest of today. I am good for now.

Today's numbers are looking good for us.
High of 83°F with humidity.
Low at 69°F with a little sunshine.

Still Praying for everyone who are still dealing with Flooding.
This is a real problem for a lot of people. The TV News showed massive damage to several States.

Till Next Time my Spyder Friends. (y)

My, how things change! Yesterday there was no rain forecast for the Anacortes, WA area. Today the sky is totally grey. There is a breeze of about 10 MPH. Currently; 60 degrees, humidity at 80%, and it's still not raining. But that looks like it will change. We now expect light scattered showers this afternoon. Not a lot of rain expected, just enough to get things real wet. The high today will only get to 65 and the overnight low will be 53. It's a good day to heat up a big bowl of clam chowder for lunch. Stay safe..... Jim

Well, the weather has changed here in Vermont. We have low humidity and mild temps. The below average conditions and bone dry humidity will continue into the evening and overnight. Temps and humidity will gradually increase tomorrow, before a chance of rain tomorrow night into Sunday morning should bring a good soaking rain. Another quick cool down will move in after those showers, leaving the start of next week even chillier. The heat will return by late week next week.

Tonight, the temps will be in low 40's and 50's, Bone dry humidity levels... this is the textbook definition of 'windows open' weather.

Saturday should be sunny and warm, with highs in the low to mid 80's, and comfortable humidity levels. Overnight lows will be in the low to mid 60's with a few downpours and thunderstorms in the late evening and early morning.

Sunday should be partly sunny with lingering showers and downpours, especially in the first half of the day. Those downpours will be heavy at times, producing some heavy rainfall rates. However, those showers and thunderstorms should be moving fast enough that flash flooding should not be a concern since the heavy rains won't be sitting over the same area for a long time. Humid conditions are back, but it will be a brief cool down. A cold front pushes in Sunday afternoon bringing low humidity and cooler temps back. Highs will be in the upper 70's to low 80's.

Then next week will be chilly. Monday morning will have lows in the 40's and 50's again and a few of the higher terrain spots could even see some upper 30'!!! BRRRRRRRR!!! Highs on Monday will be in the 60's and 70's. But the summertime heat and humidity will be back late next week.

Welcome to the WEEKEND! We are still dealing with the daily rain showers here in Indiana. Currently clear sky and 72°F.
Today's high will be 83°F with some afternoon showers.
Low at 72°F and humid here.
No 'open windows' for me.

Sunday's high is 84°F with some morning rain showers.
Low of 69°F with humidity.

Enjoy your Time and Ryde if you're able. Remember those who are still dealing with Flooding Issues.

Till Next Time my Friend. (y)

Here in Vermont, the weather is cool (Fall Like - Yes, I did mention FALL!!!) Sunday, we will have wet weather. A low pressure and a cold front will bring increasing clouds tonight, with showers moving in after midnight mainly in the northern part of Vermont. We will have showers likely on Sunday morning with possible embedded thunderstorms. Some heavy downpours are likely, but any showers or thunderstorms will be fast moving, limiting flash flooding potential. For the afternoon, however, a few severe thunderstorms are possible in the Southern parts of Vermont. Isolated wind damage or hail is not out of the question, but widespread activity is not expected.

Any showers or thunderstorms will move out Sunday evening, with much cooler, less humid air moving in behind it. Lows will be in the 40's to low's 50'and even a few 30's are possible... not unheard of in the colder valleys in July or August. Monday will be mostly sunny and relatively cool. Highs will be in the upper 60's to low 70's. Another crisp night is on tap for Monday night. Again, a few locations like Saranac Lake, New York, may dip into the upper 30's.

Temps will warm up during the week. Tuesday and Wednesday will be delightful with mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the 70's Tuesday, then some low 80's on Wednesday. Lows will be in the 50's and 60's. A few showers and thunderstorms are possible Thursday afternoon. A much warmer and more humid day can be expected, with highs in the 80's. A few spots may reach 90 degrees. Showers and thunderstorms are expected overnight, and a few could linger through Friday. Saturday looks great, with mostly sunny skies and highs in the low 80's expected.

The current temp is 70 degrees and mostly cloudy. Today, it was cool.

Sun, Jul 20

Today

98°F

Sunny. Highs in the upper 90s. West winds around 5 mph. Heat index values up to 110.

Plan of the day is to listen to some good music, drink lemonade, and stay as cool as possible.
110 heat index with 98% humidity is too hot to do much of anything. I am too old for July.

Getting ready to head out, 1st day in almost the last 2 weeks with minimal chances for rain, everywhere around here, especially East of us, has had 4-5 inches of rain when it has comes down. Ocean City and Potomac were the lucky ones to get flooded out yesterday. So I have been hesitant to go out, because most anywhere around here right now, all it will take is less than a inch of rain to cause flash flooding due to how everything is saturated.

Except for my house of course. Most of my yard is starting to turn brown from the lack of rain. I live in the foothills of the East side of the mountain, so the rain usually passes over top us and drops just to the East of us.

The morning marine cloud cover is burning off nicely here in Anacortes, WA. Currently, at 11:15 AM, it is mostly sunny, 60°, 5 MPH breeze, and the humidity is at 77%. The high today will be 65° and the overnight low will be 52°. By tomorrow, we'll get back into the low 70°s. Heading out to meet an old employee and friend for lunch. We are each driving about 30 miles to meet halfway at a Mexican restaurant. I skipped a big breakfast in preparation. Stay safe... Jim

Well, here in Vermont a cold front is exiting the region, bringing showers and thunderstorms along with it. A few stronger thunderstorms occurred in the Southern part of Vermont, but there were no significant impacts in the region. An isolated shower or thunderstorm is still possible this evening, other wise it will continue to clear, with cooler and less humid air moving in. Lows tonight will be in the upper 40's to mid 50's.

Dry and pleasant weather is in store for the next few days. Monday will be mostly sunny and fall-like, with highs in the mid 60's to 70s. Lows Monday night will be quite chilly, but not down into record territory. They will be mainly in the 40's with and near 50 degrees. A few upper 30's can't be ruled out in the commonly colder areas like Saranac Lake or New York, where upper 30's are not unheard of in July or August. Tuesday and Wednesday will continue to be mostly sunny during the days. Highs on Tuesday will be in the 70's, then Wednesday will be in the 80's. Lows will be warmer, mainly in the 50's to low 60's.

Much warmer and more humid conditions are expected by Thursday. A few afternoon thunderstorms are possible in the North, otherwise it will be muggy with highs in the 80's, altho a few spots might possibly hit 90 degrees. It now looks like the best chance for showers and thunderstorms will be Friday. It is not out of the question for a few strong storms, but it will depend on the timing of the front that will move through.

The weekend is shaping up to be beautiful, with partly sunny skies both Saturday and Sunday. Highs will be in the low to mid-80's with Lows in the upper 50's to low 60s.

Everyone stay safe, and keep the 3 wheels down! Be aware of your surroundings when on the roads. Stay Healthy!

Deanna

Monday morning and the chance of rain showers in only 8%.
Probably see a shower this afternoon, would be my guess.
Currently clear sky and 71°F. The humidity makes it feel hotter.

Today's high should be about 81°F with clouds.
Low at 70°F with more clouds.

Be Happy and Enjoy your Day.
