• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

While away from the group for a while. Spent last three years in and out of hospital with Sepsis, heart failure, Using a walker to get around. Had knee replaced other one next year.

Could not ride my RSS as left leg was useless and could not operate gears. so after I went out and got a 2013 RT Ltd with semi auto and love it. I can ride . Looking forward to riding next year.
Made my 1st LD run in Pittsburgh city traffic today and it was quite the experience. As this is my very 1st motorcycle (at 56), I could not wait to get my knees in the breeze, and now that I have, I have that riding a bike is very cathartic & very therapeutic. Now I finally get it and way people love it.
I want to change out the fuel and temp guages. What size are they. I purchased 2 from amazon and they were too small.
Did you fix your friend's clutch chatter problem?

Regarding clutch chatter 998cc on starting off with SE5 . My 2013 ST limited had this issue severely. Not the clunk noise everyone
worries about but an actual chatter with clutch not locking in. I had a plug bad on the #1 cylinder with only 20K. Not enough engine torque.
. In my case it was not the plug wire but the plug itself. You might get the same symptom either way. Good Luck and happy cruising!

I just had my plugs replaced for the same reason, one plug misfire. Felt like the bike had some major issues as soon as I contacted the dealer that’s what they said was probably the problem
Bought a Spyder RT Limited Chrome for my 80th birthday. Spent 60 years on the seat of a Harley, Bought my first spyder at 73. Sold it at 77 and couldn't live without it. Very happy. As a side note, I was going to start flying small planes again at 80 but found the annual insurance was $25,000 a year so that's when I decided to buy a Spyder again. Much better return on the money!!!! Love it!

I think your post about paying me to 3d print the holder almost got me banned. I know it got the thread locked. They said I was advertising on the site and would be banned if I did it again.

As for printing one, no. But you can find many online places that will 3d print things. Just point them to my plans and tell them you want it at least ABS or better plastic

I’m sorry my comment caused you such a hassle.
I saw your thread, thought it was a great idea and appreciated you sharing what you came up with.
I also thought that my wife would also appreciate having one so I innocently asked.
Again, I’m sorry.

I didn't mean to blame you for anything. You didn't do anything wrong. I blame the admins for not giving me a chance to respond and point you in the directions you could go if you want one. I also blame myself for not making it clear in my post that I didn't want to print these and giving clear instructions.
