• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any difference b/t BEST roadside assistance and AAA RV plan?

I have both. Without digging up the paperwork-- backoff, I'm lazy right now :joke:-- any difference between the two? Any reason to go with one over the other if I need the help?

I purchased the AAA plan that allows one 200 mile tow and three 100 mile tows.; I know the plan has a specific name; but, am a little lazy to look it up.

The BEST allows a $200 tow per incidence. I found the one time I used it that $200 didn't get me all the way to my dealer. I believe the dealer was 75 miles away and I had to pay another $25 or $50; can't remember.

I looked it up and I have the Premier/RV membership. There is also the Basic (the lowest) and the Plus membership; at least that's the way it is in NYS.

Thanks, that's what I needed. If I'm close to a dealer I'll think BEST, but if not, I'll lean AAA.

BEST will fix your Spyder...AAA will get you maps, plan trips, etc. The road service is just a side line for both. Look at what you want for the main focus, first, and the roadside service secondarily. JMHO
