• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2010 RT SM5. Out for a ride stop for a break. Went to start the bike, but when touching the mode button, the safety message would not go away. After many tries, the message didn’t display and I was able to start up and get home. At home, trying to start got the message screen again. When I tried to start today, the safety message didn’t display and I was able to start. While letting the Engine run, I found the following. The Mode button does not cycle through all the different modes; the turn signals are not working; the headlights are on, but won’t go to high beam or flash; the trans will not go into reverse; and the up, down, left, and right buttons are not working also. Anyone else experience this?

I can't say that I've had this happen to me or that I've come across it before, so this might not be of any help at all and I could well be wrong, but I do have a vague recollection of this being reported here before (a fair while ago??) and the fix being replacing either a dud fuse &/or relay, altho I can't recall which/which one?? (Bleedin' over-active forgettory! 😖)

Still, it might be worth your while to try checking the fuses and relays while you wait to see what everyone else can offer. Good Luck! (y)

If you have all of your functions not working you may want to look really close at the wires going out of that switch for broken wires, or rodent damage under the covers! It may be the switch itself but theirs more than one switch under that cover that control's your problems you are having. I hate electrical gremlins! Good Luck
