• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Check Engine

Today, We were riding and came up to an intersection and the engine started running real rough then stalled. On acceleration check engine light came on throwing codes P2279 and P106. I know from reading the forums that this is usually related to vacuum hoses that may be cracking.
We stopped a number of times on our way home and kept throwing the same codes, sometimes only the P2279.
On our last stop very strong smell of gas and additional engine codes were displayed P2279, P106, P0172 and P0175.

Is it possible that the last two codes are a result of the first two codes, or would you believe that I might have both vacuum hose problems and are in need of throttle body repair. It is a 2011 RTS and has not been serviced under warranty for the throttle body that many others have experienced. It will be going back to the dealers on Monday.

This is just after I picked it up from the dealers due to the cracked center dog bone on the power windshield, which slammed down on us while driving on a high level bridge at 60mph. Almost had an accident.
