• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

does anyone have sleep apnea

Like jack, I use one. Took a couple of weeks to get used to it, but I sleep like a rock now. Rested is good. Get it, use it, go swimming. Easy on the feet, great exercise.

The VA diagnosed me as having severe sleep apnea a few years back and issued me a CPAP. Takes awhile to get used to but now it's quite natural. I even take it with me motorcycle camping. Makes a huge difference in the quality of my sleep. Mine is non-obstructive apnea; my brain just stops sending signals to my chest to take a breath.

I also use the nasal pillow type; I didn't care for the full mask but I'm sure I could have adjusted to that if I need to (i.e. if I start breathing through my mouth more because of nasal congestion). I live in a very dry climate so do use the humidifier. You may not need that as much in a humid climate unless of course the humidity is low inside your house.

Good luck with it

John this thread in 2 and a half years old If there was a follow up on your health I missed it. How are you doing? Your still here so that means something. Did the sleeve work, hows the sleep apnea? Are you still on the CPAP?
If you'd rather not give out this information I understand.
