• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Wee are down I Nashville getting ready to leave in the am I have no trailer lights nothing all lights on bike work just check trailer fuse it is good any idea other then the module die I hope not bikes not even 3 months old

Do you have a 2014 and a 2014 trailer? They had some trouble with the 2014 wiring harness which would cause the trailer lights to go out. There is a grounding harness that needs to be added to the trailer. If that is the case you're not going to be able to fix it without a trip to the dealer. :sour:

Wiring..!!

can be tricky. If it is the grounding and your not an electrician the dealer is your best bet. Either way you would need the harness. Double check all the wires and plugs to see that nothing has been cut or damaged. Hope its an easy fix and your still on your way in the am...be safe..!! :gaah:

The wiring module on the Spyder went out on us a few weeks ago. Symptoms were when the brakes were applied, the LEDs would flash once. When the turn signals were applied, they would flash at the approximate blinker rate. Found that the voltage from the byke was less than 4 volts. Dealer replaced module under warranty.

Home who said anything about going home LOL we are in MO now Route 66 heading north tomorrow

yes I was glad they had I had to install guy at dealer said his spyder tech was on vacation so I did the diag and fixed it they got paid got to love that

Electrical issues are not good news for people who have no knowledge of electricity. I am a electrician and if I have your issue I will take it to the dealer and not mess on it. You have warranty anyway.

I am a ASE master technician I deal with electrical problems all day long they are ok you have to take your time and not skip anything and as I said I did take to the deal and did all the work LOL
