• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Is this a rebranded Haijiu? (F3-S 2026)

So what kind of battery are we getting from BRP these days?

Is this a rebranded Haijiu or something similar? (F3-S 2026)

Specs says 12V 21Ah 300CCA

I sure hope it's not a rebranded Haijiu. Company profile says Leoch is headquartered in Singapore, not China. The Leoch in my Canyon specifies 310 CCA. There's not a speck of spare room in the Canyon's battery box, it fits this dinky battery like a glove. How about yours?

Did you get a spec. sheet from the dealer? If not type the info in the search column and you will see that the CCA spec. says 350 CCA not 300 CCA so that corresponds to the smaller battery spec of 21 Ah. You may want to have a conversation with the dealer and see if he will switch your current battery for the Yuasa 350 CCA Part Number (Standard): YTX24HL-BS or YTX24HL which are shown as 23-25 Ah batteries.

Back in 2022 I pointed this out to the dealer and it was handled as a warranty claim amd I haven't had any battery problems since. 🤑

I can't remember what I saw under the cover of my 2025, but now that I read this post I think I am going out and lift her skirt and see what I see, because I have noticed that after the winters sleep and a good charge it seems to be cranking over slower than I like!!! I do know it's an off brand, but I can't remember what!!

Same supplier, different model, mine seems to be 300CCA... I think we will both have problems in the short term with these batteries.

My 2025 Canyon came with the same battery as Greer. I have had it now for 13 months. I do use an Optimate maintainer when the rig is not ridden but in 8,500 miles I have had no problems. I mean it has a horse on it; what could possibly go wrong?
