• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Have looked myself..!!

No luck so far and I have thought of just painting the ones I have. A little tire paint and a lot of time. Hang on some one may have done better than we have..

This is the first that I've seen this one pop up! :2thumbs:
Let's hope that something can be found so that we learn from this.
How aobut some WIDE whitewalls?? ;)

Only problem I see is when you need to rotate them....if they're directional, the RWL will be on the inside after dismount/rotation/remount.

White lettering

How about this?

Find a tire with lettering you like and do what we did long before tires came with white lettering.

One or two bottle of Testors Plastic Models Paint and two different size brushes(one wide -one thin).

As long as you don't scrape curbs it'll hold up much better than you might think.

There are tire paints, crayons, and pens that will do much the same thing, too.

My front tires have 24000 miles woith no noticeable wear and no rotation. So not sure that would be an issue

My son found a couple of tires if you go with the same size that I have been using and have installed on several other spyders with no problems with a slight 5 minute fender adjustment.
