• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. 780 miles on our Spyder currently and this weekend we are taking our first extended road trip. :D
Traveling Rt 62 south from Columbus OH to Rt 68 in Kentucky all the way to Lexington.

Map shows it's about 4:30 & 192 miles one way. Weather is favorable but chilly in the morning hours with highs in the 60's on Saturday and around 50 for the return trip on Sunday.

Anyone here done this route before?

Have a safe trip, and enjoy!

Put some miles on your spyder for me, we still have a lot of snow up here in the NE:banghead: Deanna

Mark, I've been down that way many times over the years, If you are coming down RT 62, you will come right past my house, I'm only 2 AND 1/2 MI. north of W.C.H. after you get on RT68 south of Maysville stop at Bluelicks state park If you have time, they have a great Museum there and a good restaurant also. It's about 25Mi. south of Maysville..

Amazing ride again today. I would recommend that route to anyone wanting to travel through Ohio to Lexington or vice versa. The roads are pristine with plenty of miles to open the Spyder up, the curves are long and winding and the views are great. Plenty of places to pull over and take in the country side. There were lots of gawkers, and a few who pulled over just to admire the Syder. I heard that would happen. :opps:

They say show some photos or it never happened so here are a few.
