• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

So You Think The Hellcats Are Wimpy...

Careful Bob. I would imaging test drives in that are just as dangerous as test riding the latest Spyder. nojoke

I think you'd have a tough time getting a test drive in one of these baby's. It was tough enough to take a Hellcat out. Although quite dangerous, I applaud Dodge for going above and beyond on this one! I'd LOVE to floorboard the thing just once! I think the guys that grew up in the "era of speed" (60's and early 70's) would have a better chance handling the power of this brute. 0 to 60 in 2.3 is mind blowing for a street machine let alone 9 second 1/4 miles! The question always comes up: Where would you use that power? The few people that would buy this car should be ready to spend a lot more money getting it ready to race. The first time you turned low 10's or broke into the 9's, they'd throw you off the track! No roll cage for one and a bunch more things.....
BUT WHAT A BEAST! Bob, I'm with you! Let's figure out how to get one for a day - or even an hour - for the thrill of a lifetime!!

:D We're gonna have to start calling every Dodge dealer between us, and see if we can find one who is a bit... naive!

Ideally: he'd have a Hellcat AND the new Demon... a bit of a "comparison" would just have to happen!

At Barret Jackson this past weekend, the were set up doing demo rides in Hellcats, Z06 Vettes and more. The hellcat was only impressive spinning tires off the corner. Vette for me please.

Seriously, I think if we did that we'd actually find one or two that WOULD!

Why use the name of a previous Dodge Dart (sister of the Plymouth Duster) for a different model Challenger. They couldn't come up with something more original? In any case, it is fassssssssst.
