Tomorrow is Vietnam Veterans Welcome Home Day. This year is also the 50th. anniversary of the end of that war. Many of our returning veterans never received a welcome home. We were spit on, cussed at and yelled at. We were ignored by our own people and government. So I want to say to my brothers and sisters from the bottom of my heart;
WELCOME HOME!

US Military involvement ended on the 15th of Aug in 1973. I was in Thialand at that time.
Siagon was captured by the North in April 1975.
I consider Aug. 1973 as the end of that war for the US. So the 50 year end will be in 2023.
But I do agree with the way we was treated
