• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Wired in a cruise cancel using a momentary waterproof micro switch. Acts like the newer bikes when you roll the throttle forwards. Didn’t loose any functionality of the downshift cancel or brake pedal cancel. The computer sees it so fast you hardly have to touch it. So nice for highway and approaching stops when you’re lazy and just want the bike to downshift on its own . It’s the red orange wire and the solid white in the harness that attaches to the brake pedal. Up under the Tupperware about 14” above the foot rest for anyone wanting to know …..

That is nice to know. Thanks. On my week long trip from middle Tennessee to Pittsburgh, PA, I found out rolling off on the throttle did not cancel the cruise control. I was surprised since three of my other bikes that have cruise control work that way.

Mine doesn't work that way, either. I have to tap on the brake to cancel the cruise control setting. Not a biggie for me.
