• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. What did you do to your Spyder today?

Got the reverse solenoid replaced on Saturday and then the wife and I headed to our favorite candy shop near Malibu at Trancas Country Market. Her first ride on the Spyder and first time back on a motorcycle since her son's hit and run accident.

She still has a silly grin on her face from the ride. I'd call it a success.

How the **** do you do that??
Go into your Preferences. Sorry for the delay.

Suspension Fault hopefully figured out, and Baja Ron Sway Bar installed on Saturday. Not happy with the shop I bought from, went to different shop and they may have figured it out with the fault.
I will say that the new sway bar is excellent. LOVING THAT!
New to sitting upright and hella fun Spyder riding for sure.
Get out away from traffic, take those back roads and just enjoy your ride.

I started out by just wanting to install an air horn, Horn sounds awesome! Wired it to the original horn button. Best $50 I’ve ever spent! The reviews didn’t lie, it’s loud!! Then, while checking everything out, I found tracking marks on the spark plug boots (indicating spark jump). The Spark plugs and boots had 29k on them, so I figured I’d pull everything out and have it ready to install some Bajaron plugs and wires. I ordered those and some other goodies today.
What a task doing the plugs is!

Any chance you could hi-lite the horns in pictures. I just can't seem to find them. Maybe my eyes are failing.
Also where did you get the horns?

Thanks for your time. (y)

After " enjoying "cleaning stuff outside my superior asked if we should go out on the spyder. " Reluctantly " I agreed and had a spin up to Glencaple near Dumfries . We met a couple with a BMW with a box behind the pillion for their little dog. The man had a little drive in the car park on our spyder and was pretty impressed. Nice couple nice day

They are on either side of the intake. They are black, so they do blend well. I mounted the compressors to the metal support bar that’s on either side too. I picked these horns as they are dimensionally pretty small but powerful. The reviews were great as well. I am not disappointed.

I haven't done anything yet because it's still too cold, but I'm hoping to soon be able to install my new RDL seat I've had since Dec, and I just purchased from Pierre at canamspyderaccessories, blinker arrows that install inside the front speaker panels. They're a new product and will be a nice addition, especially for the wife's 2022 RT because she keeps forgetting to turn the blinker off after changing lanes.

I went for a ride to clear my head after I found out that my best friend, "June" the Coonhound, has Lymphoma cancer. She's not even 4 yet. The Vet gives her a month. I didn't remember the ride at all, as my thoughts were somewhere else.

I'm sorry to hear about your doggo! Dogs are with us such a short time as it is, it's such a shame when that short life is cut even shorter.

Give June a scratch behind the ear for me and a ton of loving while you can.

Well, I finally found the horn on the left side. But I couldn't find the right side horn. So maybe I might do something this year.

Questions for you. How loud is this setup while ryding your Spyder. Like does it hurt you ears? Did you do away with the stock horns?

I have a friend who has horns similar to yours. His wife said she hates the noise. Gotta Love the Train's a-coming sound.

Enjoy your 'Train ryde'. (y)

Count your blessings. That is one of the few jobs that is actually easier on your Vtwin than on the newer 1330 tripple.

Let us know what you think of the new blinkers, and ease of install.

Wee run into England today with our friends on his BMW 1150r ( 2005 ) . Down to Alston via Longtown and then up to Hartside Pass ( 1904 ft ) .There used to be a cafe there but it was destroyed by a fire in 2018 . A magnet for bikers of all descriptions was gone and sadly has not been replaced. The view ftom the top is fantastic and today the weather and visibility was great. We came home through some nice wee villages and from Carlisle on the M75 motorway around 90miles round trip. The spyder and BMW went well and a braw day out. More garden stuff tomorrow according to the gaffer
