Whit wall tires

Does anyone know where I can get white wall tires for my 2012 RT---I think they would look cool..?

I don't want to use white wall paint because it flakes.

i've bin look'n 4 WW tires for my SYPD3R for 4 yrs now....
if any company makes these, they are keeping it to themselves....

if any1 hears of WW tires in our sizes, plz let us know.... :bowdown:

I sent an e-mail to you. I am interested in the front only, I have a 2012, so I have 14" tires. The width of the white would have to be such that it would be within the mostly "non-flexing" area of the tires, otherwise they might just pop off the tire. It would be nice to have 1.75" to 2" of white.

Maybe this could be a new product line for you!!!

I know guys who use to "cut" whitewalls into tires all the time....many a year ago. lol

They said that all the tires had white "in" them, they would just cut the surface w/ this small machine and walla, white wall tires.

I never got the whitewall or white lettering thing. I like nice clean black tires, very light sheen, no shiny. :thumbup:

Jim and I looked awhile back into this through my son's tire shop and there were none being made. This was the start of Jim's business.

ok if your interested in having white wall tires the price with shipping will be 168.00 domestic ship/180.00 intl ship. these prices include 2 whitewalls 1 bottle glue which will be more then enough to do both tires..

Ive worked w plastics and rubber for over 20 years, no way I would trust anything glued to rubber...ESPECIALLY with temperature change involved!

I have had Jim's TredWare white letters on my Spyder tires for a year now and the glue is like the day it was applied, wouldn't worry at all about glue on rubber.

See above :thumbup: :2excited: :roflblack:....I recently purchased a 1936 M B 500 K reproduction car...............and it needs new tires...........The uber large whitewall tires are uber expensive, and I really only need a cheapo tire because I will never wear it out ....it will dry rot long before then.........This link you posted is the answer to my needs ............Thanks again ............Mike :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: :yes::yes::yes::yes::yes::yes:....................................................................................................... Well I did some searching and found out this....Not recommended for use on Radial tires for lots of reasons......and not recommended at all for various reasons ....and this was the opinion of approx.25 people who have tried them.........I did see a couple of video's of guy's who scraped the black off and got whitewall tires.......Since the set I have to replace anyway are shot, I am going to give this a try ? ? ?

In west Texas the temps are from a low of the teens and highs of 110+. Tires have been exposed to both the low and high ends of the range. Have ridden from mid 20s to the 110+.

The glue that we sell to go with these letters is a special formulated glue designed for rubber on rubber and will hold up to below zero temps to high temps here in the south.so you won't have them falling off.

I know this is an old thread but the idea of WWW tires has interested me since I got Charlotte. After application is it possible to remove the white walls and transfer them to new tires when the old wear out?

I'd try the Plastic Dip, White and if it doesn't work, just peal it off. Worth a try.
