There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. Winter weather has come to the desert. Currently it's 60 degrees and that will be today's high. The sky is cloudy and it's windy...... 15 MPH with gusts to 25. Humidity is 44%. We have some rain forecast for later this afternoon. Looking outside reminds me of the many years I lived in Seattle..... Something I'd hope to keep in my past! Stay safe..... Jim

Possible chance of morning rain showers (45%), then rain showers coming in the late afternoon (60%).

Currently cloudy sky at 51°F. That's a good morning temperature for this Season. Normally we would have something like 40s to 50s. Come on Spring!!!

Today numbers are looking good.👍
High of 63°F with some rain.
Low at 36°F with rain 🌧
Hopefully this rain will be gentle
and not cause any problems.

Well have yourself a good day and lots of Sunshine 🌞
Some things are improving as the days go by for me.

Snowing... AGAIN! 5-6 inches last night and at least that much more today. Just can't wait to run the snowblower this afternoon.

Have friend who lives there.
He was telling me they need the snow.
Lack of water in the lakes due to droughts.
Honestly - we DON'T need any more moisture.

The winter weather is just about gone here in the desert........ (All 5 or 6 days of it). Today it's still on the cool side but sunny. Still a bit breezy at 8 MPH with gusts to 13. Temperature at 60 degrees. There is a very slight chance of a shower at about 5 AM tomorrow. Then a warm up begins and any clouds will disappear. Here are the high/low temperatures for the next 10 days: 62/41, 71/51, 80/56, 83/52, 84/57, 85/59, 86/59, 88/59, 89/62!!!!!! There's still a winter storm warning for the high country up around the Flagstaff area. They expect to see up to an additional foot of snow in the next day or two. At over 7,000 feet, Flagstaff is usually about 20 degrees cooler than here in the valley. As we warm up, that high country snow should melt and find its way to our water reservoirs. Stay safe..... Jim

Here in Vermont they have issued a Winter Storm Warning starting Friday afternoon and heading into Friday night. They are forecasting 8-12" inches of snow in the higher elevations, 4-8" inches of snow in the lower elevations. The snow rates will exceed 1 inch per hour on Friday evening, which will create very difficult travel conditions. The heaviest snow will affect areas from Plattsburgh, New York Southward through Central Vermont, with greatest impact moving East through the evening.

On Friday the night time temps will be in the low 20's, and heavy snow continues through the night with snow fall rates remaining intense through 10 PM (EST), then gradually diminishing after midnight as the system moves NorthEast.

Snow range totals from 1-12" (higher elevations, 8-12").

Then Saturday to Tuesday will be cold, with day time highs from the 20's to 30's, while night time temps will be single digits to the teens. Tuesday will have the coldest temps at night with North West winds around 7 MPH becoming South after midnight. Dangerous wind chill increases overnight.

Then on Wednesday and beyond, the temps will be turning milder with a chance of rain and snow. Again, there is a 50% of rain and snow developing late in the day Wednesday into Thursday as the next system arrives. This system will track West of the region, limiting snow accumulation, but precipitation looks likely as it moves through. The temps gradually moderate into the upper 30's by Thursday.

Quite seasonable conditions return Friday and beyond, as temps settle back to near normal.

I hope Mother Nature gets her act together, and quits flinging snow at us here in the Northeast. Next week is the last full week of February.

Deanna

Forecast for tomorrow is Sunny and low 60°s F, so I'm going to ride!

I've got a few phone calls to make in the morning, so I'm trying to decide for somewhere to go for lunch that's a couple of hours away.

Finally Friday and the weather is Not looking very good. It seems that most weekends here in Indiana are just awful. The working people are looking forward to a beautiful Weekend. Then we get cold temperatures and rain. I am glad to be retired and can enjoy every day now.

Currently cloudy sky at 48°F. Last night we received about an half inch of rain.
We have so much rain everywhere. People near rivers and streams are being told to take caution from possible chance of flooding issues.

Today's high at 39°F. A big drop from yesterday 63°F.
Low of 30°F. No rain here today.
The temperature loops are still here.

No, I have Not washed my vehicles. If I do it will rain again. Don't want anymore rain for a while. I now have a small stream running in the back yard.

Remember to check on friends and family. Check out your local area weather. Have yourself a great day.
