Today's high should be about 88°F.
A sunny day with a few clouds.
Low around 63°F and cloudy.
Maybe get some rain showers later
tonight (7pm). We could use some
rain showers.

Have yourself a great day and enjoy some Spyder Ryde Time.

Beautiful first day of October here in the Arid-Zone-A desert. Currently it's 82°, sunny, with no clouds in sight, humidity at 46%, and a 3 MPH breeze. The high today will be 93° and the overnight low will be 74°. Looks like excessive heat is behind us for another season. :p October is the month when the majority of our seasonal Snowbirds return here to the desert. It's always good to get re-acquainted with old friends again, but..... I sure don't enjoy the crowded stores, restaurants, and roads that come with the increase in population. Stay safe..... Jim

Good Morning to you from Indiana. Currently I have rain falling. I am
so glad that I didn't wash my
Vehicles Yesterday.

Anyhow we needed some rain showers and I was ready for this to happen.
The temperature this morning was 63°F. Just some morning showers and then cloudy sky in the afternoon.

High today of 66°F with clouds.
That is a 20°F drop from yesterday.
Low at 46°F. So I will not be doing a Spyder Ryde Time today.

I always have the 'List'. I believe most of you know what I mean.
Nuff said about that story.

Hey, have a Safe Day and Stay Healthy. (y)

Wow, this is the first Weekend of October. I can't believe all the Fall activities are finally here. My wife loves to enjoy these
types of things. She has a list for the rest of the year (2026). Happy Trails are coming real soon. I have to admit I usually enjoy them.

Currently overcast sky and 46°F this morning. No Spyder Ryde Time today.
The wife is working with some friends
on their Christmas activities plans.
You know the drill on questions at this Season. Everything is Top Secret.

High today is 70°F with sunshine 🌞
Low at 45°F and some sun.
No rain in my local area weather.

Sunday's high at 77°F and some sun.
Maybe get a little Spyder Ryde Time.
Low of 46°F.

Have yourself a Great Weekend 👍

Sunny and 86 degrees this morning here in the desert. It'll get to 95+ this afternoon. Humidity at 31% and it's breezy, 13 MPH with gusts to 26. No clouds or rain in our forecast. Stay safe..... Jim

Good Morning to you from Indianapolis.
The sun is just coming out today. It is a little bit chilly at 46°F. I believe that a Spyder Ryde Time is on my schedule for today.

High today of 73°F with sunshine.
Low at 43°F and sunny sky.
Enjoy your Day and Ryde.
Ryde Times for me are coming to
the end for 2026. Very sad but that's
the way it goes here in Indiana.

All is good here for me.(y)

It's been breezy the last few days here in the desert. And it keeps blowing today at 13-18MPH. The wind stirs "stuff" up in the desert and causes runny noses and itchy, runny eyes for a lot of people, me included. Currently it's 93 degrees and heading towards a high of 98. No rain in the forecast and there are no clouds visible. It does cool down into the 70s at night so we are getting some heat relief. Stay safe..... Jim

Tuesday morning here in Indiana. It is still dark outside and I am enjoying all
the millions of stars in the sky. I really
like getting up around 5 am. It's a peaceful time of the day for me.

Currently clear sky at 44°F. Going to be another great sunshine day. I will enjoy my afternoon Spyder Ryde Time. Get out there and Ryde.

Today's high will be 74°F with sunshine. 🌞
Low at 44°F. Not a friendly temperature for me.
My scheduled storage date of My Spyder is November 1st. It always comes to quick.

Most of the Indiana Farmers corn has been harvested. Now they are doing the soybeans. Most are saying this was a good year. Considering the weather this is amazing. No I'm Not a Farmer. But my mother's family are the Farmers. They say that it is a wonderful experience but hard work for them.

Stay Healthy and Enjoy your Day.

Clear day, only a few clouds holding at 55 and warming up to the upper 70's. No rain the next few days. Time to place the knees to the wind.

High today of 83°F with sunshine.
Low at 49°F and sunny.
Looking forward to a beautiful Spyder Ryde Time.

Have a Blessed Day and Stay Healthy.

At 10AM it's 90 degrees, humidity at 31%, 3 MPH breeze, and sunny blue skies here in the desert. The high today will top 100 degrees and the overnight low will be in the mid 70s. Glad that our breezy conditions are behind us, for now. My vehicles are kept in carports that have sunscreens. But when it's breezy, desert dust blows in and covers them. A 15-20 MPH breeze results in a good coating of dust. And, that dust just will not blow off even at 70 MPH freeway speeds. Why it can accumulate at 20 MPH and not dissipate at 70 is a mystery. Thanks to the inventor of the California Duster. It's pretty effective. Stay safe..... Jim

Happy Thursday morning and another great day with sunshine. I guess Indiana is in the 'Days of Indian Summer'. We are enjoying our temperatures in the low 80s.

Currently mostly clear sky at 54°F. I
feel good about going out for a Spyder Ryde Time today. I hope you are able to enjoy some Spyder time today. Like I said last week. My Spyder is scheduled for it's seasonal storage on November 4th.

High today of 80°F with sunshine.
Low at 48°F and sunny.
All is good here for me.
Stay Healthy and Enjoy Life.

Finally another Friday here in Indiana. Currently mostly clear sky at 50°F. It's a
beautiful early morning and lots of stars
brightly shining in the heavens.

Today is going to a repeat of yesterday's weather. An early lunch with some friends
on Spyders. They are retired from their jobs. The wife does not want to attend this event. That is how some things go.

Today's high should be about 82°F.
Low at 55°F. A mostly Sunny day here.
I hope you are able to enjoy some Spyder Ryde Time. It is good for your soul.
Anyhow be safe and stay Healthy. (y)

Got in a short ride yesterday, it was a little cool (low 60's), but the wind was nasty. Gusts up to and over 50mph.
Chaff and dust from the farmers fields was blowing all over the place.

Turkey Day weekend up here in the North, hope to get in some rides (the bike is filthy, it needs a bath)!

It's 97 degrees here in the desert. The high will be 100 degrees, which is down from yesterday's 103 degree high. The breeze is back, bringing a few scattered clouds. Wind is steady at 10 MPH with gusts to 21. This weekend and into the first of next week we will get a big cool down with some rain, heavy at times in the forecast. The nighttime lows are predicted to fall into the 60s for the first time in many months. The weather front moving through for the next few days is caused by the remnants of tropical storm, Rachel. That storm will impact the Baja Peninsula sometime Saturday and move North along the Arizona/California border. This will bring much needed moisture to the S.W. Our little weather episode is tiny compared to what is forecast for the Gulf Coast. Looks like you'll get slammed with a big storm surge with very heavy rain and high winds. Stay safe..... Jim

Well here in Vermont this weekend, there will be a few scattered pop up showers this afternoon, which could bring some tiny hail or ice pellets as cold air filtering in though upper levels of the atmosphere drops snow levels to 4,000 feet for a few wet mountain flakes this evening. A Canadian high pressure delivers a picture perfect, crisp, Fall Foliage Day on Saturday. The fast-moving remnants of Isaias will bring steady rain Sunday night into the Columbus Day Morning, followed by a strong cold front on Tuesday that drops temps sharply for mid week.

Tonight, the temps will be in the low 40's with patchy frost. Northerly breezes gusting from 15 to 25 mph early will diminish late overnight as higher pressure builds. The skies will turn partly cloudy to mostly clear. Quick cooling under the light winds will drop the valley lows into the upper 30's to low 40's, while protected cold spots in the Adirondacks and the Northeast Kingdom will dip into the 20's and low 30's with widespread frost.

Saturday's temps will be in the low 60's This will be ideal weather for viewing the peak Fall Foliage.

Night time temps will be in the low 40.'s There should be clear skies and light winds early, which, under high pressure, will set up another chilly night. Valley lows will drop into the lower 40's with mountain hollows dipping into the 30's.

Sunday will be mostly sunny with increasing high clouds through the afternoon, remnants of Isaias from the South. Southerly breezes will return, helping warm the daytime temps into the low to mid 60's across valley locations.

Night time lows will be in the 50's, turning cloudy as steady rain associated with the Northern edge of Isaias's remnants sweep across the region.
Rain will be the most persistent across Central and Southern Vermont, with rainfall totals of up to half an inch before tapering off by daybreak. Lows will hold in the lower 50s.

Monday and beyond should see steady morning rain tapering off on Monday, leaving mostly cloudy skies with a 30% chance of lingering morning showers, before the clouds break for afternoon sunshine and pleasant highs near 66 degrees. Pre-dawn showers return late Monday night, ahead of a potent cold front crossing Tuesday. High temps on Tuesday will occur early in the day, near 60, before plunging sharply behind the cold front, bringing widespread showers. Crisp, cold, Canadian air locks in for Wednesday and Thursday under partly sunny skies, with highs held in the low to mid 50 and overnight lows dropping into the 30's and 40's.

Current temp is 56 and it is lightly raining.

Deanna

Overcast most of the day in the lower 80s. Leftover rain expected overnight (Saturday morning early) from hurricane Isaias. Weather man expecting a bit over 2" of rain along with wind gusts to 45 mph. (which isn't uncommon in these parts in poor weather). I rode over to Mississippi then Tenn. and then back home in Alabama before any of this slows any ryding down. So Saturday probably not suggestable ryding day in these parts. I put in around 300 miles in the past two days. Good days to be outside. Early morning hours this week have been in the mid 50's rising to 90 in late afternoon. This makes for good ryding weather.
