I added my RideOn to all my new tires Friday. It was a bit rough at first but smoothed out in a relatively short time. Reading the amounts on the bottle while putting them in is kind of hard and my two front tires are slightly different by about an ounce and a half. My ride does not seem to be affected though. I rode a bit before work and then quite a bit yesterday as well. These tires feel good. I really like my new rear tire as well. I am just itching to ride all the time lately. I am having so much fun, I love my spyder and all the neat things we are doing to it and with it.
I read a post the other day on a sports car forum about Ride-On. They had trouble with balance on one wheel when they installed Ride-On and were complaining about it. He had 4 new tires.
Funny thing was it was the only tire he had trouble with and he didn't balance any of them. The guys were saying to check for deformaties, etc., but it turned the person that installed the tires/Ride-On had left the weights on that one wheel.
The guy pealed the weights off and it cured his problem.
Ride-On can't overcome deformaties in the tire and I guess it can only overcome so much out of balance. But that makes sense too.
