MPG dropped after a cat delete install - any ideas/suggestions?

I have 500 miles on my 2023 S2S after cat delete install, and mileage has dropped from 32 to 27. The bike was idled after installation, I'm using the same gas, and riding the same or less aggressive.

I have had the baldwin ironworks cat delete on for about 2 years and haven't noticed any change good or bad on my F3.

You're not playing with the gas a little more to hear that fire coming out of the pipes a little harder than you did before? Ya, right! X2 on the ECM, it's got to be driven to relearn the fuel trims! Drive it!

Just a CAT delete shouldn't REQUIRE a tune, but a custom tune can take advantage of the reduced back-pressure.
Disconnecting the battery for 15 minutes may reset the fuel trims to default, letting it adapt a bit faster.

Put the cat back on and see if mileage returns to the normal 33-37 MPG range of a Spyder, not babied along at 55 MPH. BTW there is reason why the cat is there.
