How do I get a 2022 F3 Limited Rear Seat to release if the key won't allow it? Any tips?

How do I get the rear seat to release if the key is not allowing it. When I try to release the seat with the key there is resistance and I am afraid of breaking the key off in the ignition. Any tips out there. Thank you

Having you tried giving a firm press on the seat while turning the key? That’s the first thing you might try. Give that a whirl and let us know how it goes.

I will definitely keep an eye on this thread. I have a 2016 F3L and my rear seat has been stuck for over a year now. I am thinking I will need to take some panels off to get access

I agree with greer. Press down on the right rear corner of the seat while turning the key. If the latch is adjusted too tightly the load is too great on the latch to release it. Pressing down removes that load. When you get the seat off, adjust the latch.
